Agreement to Terms

Enrollment in our course constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you disagree with any provision, do not register or access the platform. We reserve the right to modify terms with notice to current students. Continued platform use after changes indicates acceptance of updated terms.

Platform Usage Guidelines

Students receive individual accounts for personal course access. Sharing credentials violates these terms and results in account suspension. You may download materials for personal study but cannot redistribute content, post course videos publicly, or use materials for commercial purposes. Platform access remains active for twelve weeks from enrollment date, providing time beyond the standard eight-week completion schedule.

Privacy and Data

Our privacy policy governs information collection and usage. We collect enrollment data, assignment submissions, and platform usage metrics. This information remains confidential and is never sold to third parties. Students may request data deletion after course completion.

Limitation of Liability

Results may vary based on individual effort, existing knowledge, and specific application contexts. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, income increases, or specific skill levels upon completion. Our liability limits to enrollment fees paid. We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control including internet outages or student device problems.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved through good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings. If resolution fails, Canadian law governs these terms and disputes proceed through appropriate courts in our jurisdiction.

General Provisions

If any provision becomes unenforceable, remaining terms stay in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. These terms constitute the complete agreement regarding course enrollment.
